Thick and hearty soup. Filling and delicious! Use for my 21 day challenge.
- 2 lbs ground sausage – cooked
- 2 cups fresh spinach – chopped
- 8 cups Tomato and Basil bone broth (recipe here)
- Cook the ground sausage on high in a pot large enough to combine with the 8 cups of bone broth.
- After the sausage is cook add the bone broth and spinach. You can drain the sausage if there is to much grease, but some grease is good and will add more flavor to your soup.
- Warm up using medium heat.
