Having trouble finding a salad dressing without a bunch of junk added in? Here is an easy keto friendly suggestion. I’ve also included a dairy free option.

Keto Ranch Seasoning

Ingredients:                                        Multiple Bulk Measurements:

  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley                                     3 tbsp         /     1 cup       /        2 cup
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill                                           1 tbsp         /   1/4 cup     /     1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp Dried Chives                                      1 tbsp         /   1/4 cup     /     1/2 cup
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder                                1 1/2 tsp    /    2 tbsp      /      1/4 cup
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder                                1 1/2 tsp    /    2 tbsp     /       1/4 cup
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt                                         1 1/2 tsp    /     2 tbsp    /        1/4 cup
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper                                   1 tsp         /     1 tbsp    /         2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Mix seasoning together well.
  2. Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag.
  3. Shake every time before using because seasoning will settle and separate.

Ranch Dressing:

  • 1 ½ c sour cream
  • ¼ c unsweetened almond milk (approx depending on desired consistency)
  • 3 tbsp seasoning
  • Mix together well

Ranch Dip:

  • 1 ½ c sour cream
  • 3 tbsp seasoning (more or less to taste)
  • Mix together well and let sit for at least 1 hr so the flavor can seep together. (you can serve it right away but it does taste better if it has a chance to set)

***To make this dairy free, substitute the sour cream for mayo. For bacon ranch dip see my recipe for bacon mayo.
