Quick, easy and yummy. What more could you ask for??!!

***Single serving


  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 chive – chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley – chopped
  • Optional: Stir in 2 tbsp cream cheese


  1. Bring bone broth to a boil
  2. Whisk egg
  3. Slowly pour egg into the broth while whisking.
  4. Top with fresh chives and parsley.
  5. Stir in cream cheese until it melted and combined well. (omit if using this recipe for the 21 day challenge)

Bone broth! Need a basic recipe so that I dont need to buy pre packaged..I can control the ingredients

    I recommend doing the Garlic and herb chicken recipe. It’s a great one and very versatile!
